Reservation: 

• Resevation must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subect to availability.
• The booking name must show ID and non-transferable without power of attorney.
• Minimum age eight (8) years old with consent parents in writing. 
• Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• No-shows will be charged in full with no refund.
• ⁠Cancellations within 24 hours of the experience are non-refundable and charged in full.
• ⁠Cancellations within 24–48 hours are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• ⁠Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are refundable, minus a USD 50 administrative fee.
• ⁠Rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours before the experience are allowed, subject to availability.

Weather & River Conditions

• This experience is subject to river and weather conditions for your safety.
• Incase of cancellation by the operator due to unsafe conditions, a full refund or rescheduling options will be provided.

Health & Safety:

• Guests must be in good physical conditions. Not suitable for pregnant guests or with medical conditions.
• The operator and Discover Luxury Indonesia have the right to refuse service to guests who appear intoxicated or unfit for the activitiy. 

Liability Waiver:

• All guests must sign a waiver form prior to the activity.

• Advance reservation is required: Three days in advance (72 hours)
• Pick up and drop off inclusion: Within Bali
• Departure times: Morning and afternoon slot (two times per day)
